The estate is quite safe. You can walk around even in the late hours of the night. My particular house was also nicely taken care of. The landlord/manager is quite responsive and friendly.
Cons
The water gets really really bad and coloured. So many complaints from residents and there’s one problem or the other with the water. This is something to note. Also, my house was at the back, quite close to the estate dustbin. This means the place often smells really bad. The smell can be really bad for Block 10.
