The estate is very cool. The management is awesome and super cooperative. It truly feels like a community. The pool and gym are also well maintained, with ongoing improvements. The water is clean as well, and if it starts changing or anything like that, you reach out to the facility manager and they immediately fix it. It's also safe and serene, and it's well lit. There is also ample parking space. The estate is quiet and peaceful.
Cons
I have been battling roof leakage issues in my house, B7. I'm not sure if it's because the person before me didn't do a good job when removing their solar panels. It's not given me peace of mind at all. With the leakage issues, i'm also scared about the ceiling coming down because it has soaked a lot of water in some places I couldn't identify. I've called so many people to fix it, but new leakages keep appearing. The landlord will not be so helpful when it comes to fixing stuff. Also, you should perhaps already let go of your caution in your mind. It probably won't be refunded. The closing and opening times for the pool are not ideal, and mobile network is especially terrible at B7. Very very terrible. You'll have to come out to make calls.
