The house had almost all the amenities you could need inside the building; a gym, a parking spot, restaurants (both junk and normal food), a salon, a barber shop, a minimarket, a laundrymat, etc. The common areas were almost always clean. The house has awesome lighting. They don't scam you out of your deposit (other than paint, I got all of my deposit back; I maintained the house well, so it didn't need any additional repairs).
Cons
The area around the house didn't look safe to walk around after 10 pm. The water quality was not good (the water was brownish in color). There were issues of clothes theft at the communal drying rails.
