The apartment/compound area is quite clean. The stairs and everywhere around are quite clean. The apartment is also spacious and super bright. Since B31 was on the top floor, I didn't have to bother about neighbours upstairs. The caretaker, Mr Joseph, is friendly and very helpful as well.
Cons
The dust is a lot. The windows are facing the road, so during the dry season, the dust coming in is really significant. Also, there's a school opposite, and the pupils stir up dust when they play. If you have breathing problems or allergies, you should probably think twice. Also, the lift hadn't been fixed when I was there. You'll have to walk all the way to the last floor for B31. They kept promising to fix it, but didn't do it. The road leading to the house from Kabiria can be mildly unsafe at night, especially the last narrow right turn. Might be something to look out for.
