Pros

Security is top notch. The caretaker was an elderly man. He was quite friendly and quick to resolve issues. The house was quiet as well, and the guards were quick to tell noise makers to keep it down.

Cons

The house can be quite dark, and if you leave the window open in the bedroom next to the toilet, cats can get in and wreck the house. Cats also got in from the balcony. So be careful. We also had some plumbing issues in the balcony where a neighbors toilet from upstairs overflowed downstairs into the balcony. This was not a nice experience. Also, they ate my caution fee. Out of 25K, I was left with less than 7K even though I left the place in pristine conditions. I wish I could post photos here so you see. Parking can be quite hectic. If you don't get a good spot early, you will be woken up to move the car or you'll have to wake someone up to go out. Also, having to go upstairs to the roof from the first floor to spread cloths and unhang them was stressful.

Pros

The house was spacious. It was on the first floor, so it wasn't a hustle to move in or out. It was close to the shops, the main road, our friends and family, and our church. It allowed for Airbnb business if you communicated with the guard and caretaker in advance.

Cons

They took almost all of our deposit on the pretenses of repair. There were minimal repairs not totaling to the deposit we paid (a full month worth of rent. The environment was a bit noisy because there was a public field next to the apartment building.
