An amazing place. Very close to quickmart. You can literally walk there in less than 5 min. The estate is clean, managed properly, with access to internet. The parking is nicely available. The house itself is spacious and well built. The craftsmanship is premium as well. I could stay in the house without even locking the doors. That’s the level of safety. It is primary a residential area for families.
Cons
Walking outside late at night can be slightly unsafe. I once nearly had my phone stolen by bike men. But that is something that happens all over nairobi, so it’s not peculiar to the house. You need to be careful though. The noise during the day from the kids playing around after school or during the holidays can be slightly overwhelming. If you work from home, you might need noise-cancelling headphones. Something to take note of is the lack of lifts, which could hinder accessibility for people with disabilities.
