There’s a mini supermarket around. It’s also close to Garden city mall, magunas, Naivas, and quick art. Some of these stores are 24 h. The place is also so so clean.
Cons
Next to a loud church. In the morning, especially on Sundays, It gets really noisy. Choir practice on Tuesday evenings and they practice often outside.
Loud neighbours, especially over the weekends.
The place is close to a forest so expect some monkeys to visit and leave with some of your property and cloths.
