The apartment is very beautiful and not too far from the main road. There's a generator, and it's quiet most times.
Cons
The flooding is really bad even after a light pour. Also, the management only responds or communicates when he needs rent. He doesn't attend to the plight of the tenants. The parking lot is also small, which means that people often park outside the building.
